Eligible returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving item in order to receive a full refund.After this time, returns may not be accepted or only store credit will be issued. Eligible returns include ready to wear hat, ready to wear clothing and knitted hats.

Custom Hat Orders & Refunds

Custom Hat Orders are nonrefundable. We require a minimum non-refundable £600 deposit at the time of order to guarantee materials and place in queue. We are happy to place order on a temporary hold if needed, however refunds will not be offered due to the high cost of materials. Please contact us with questions.
